three years ago I had the honor to partecipate at the project to inscribe at #unesco list for the safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural World Heritage, the art of Neapolitan Pizzaiuolo . We launch a petition on change.com and a collection of signatures that reached two million subscritions in these years! We made initiatives in 30 countries of the world and today we can finally say that we win! The art of Neapolitan pizzaiuolo is world cultural intangible heritage!!!
